Proper maintenance always costs less than repair. That’s because heating, air, electrical and plumbing systems that haven’t been shown the tender loving care of routine maintenance will fail when it is asked to work the hardest (when it’s squelching hot or fridged-ly cold outside). It’s not Murphy’s Law, it’s inevitable.
For about $0.77 a day, you can protect your home from costly and annoying comfort problems.

Outlawed panels or electrical work that is a code violation or generally unsafe by state or federal guidelines
We inspect all of the following for proper operation and safety. Electrical issues can arise anytime but usually there are warning signs well in advance and those are the things we look for. Things like lights dimming when A/C equipment comes on, beakers being reset during normal usage, light flickering or outlets that do not work are all big indicators.
We do all of these things to ensure you and your family have safe usage of your home limiting the chance of safety or injury issues and prevent major repairs after something has occurred. This inspection also helps you to know if you decide to put your house on the market what types of issues you can expect to have to deal with when it comes time to sell.
