We’re Ready to Help No Matter What Kind of Call
If It’s Your Emergency, It’s Our Emergency
It's not up to us to decide what's an emergency to you. That's why every service we offer is still open for business. We take our "essential business" designation to be both a privilege and a responsibility. And honestly, we believe every plumbing and air company should take it that way too. We also believe it’s essential for us to be ready to help you in any way we can... and as safely as we can.
We are adhering to the guidelines set forth by both the CDC and The Virginia Department of Health as we monitor developments related to Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). We will continue to implement strategies recommended by public health authorities. We will update this page as things change.
We will continue to monitor the situation, seek guidance, and best practices from the appropriate health authorities and share additional information as warranted.

Our technicians have the biggest hearts. And, right now, we have a little extra time on our frequently-washed hands. So, we want to help.
Talk with one of our certified technicians for FREE. We can troubleshoot on the phone or video chat. Anyone with a phone or laptop can be a complimentary customer of Wisler Plumbing and Air (even if they live in Colorado). And, if needed, we can come to you for a more traditional visit.
Reducing Fear Around Money
For some, finances are becoming more of a concern. We want to ease as much fear in your life as possible. That’s one reason we offer free Without Worry Comfort Checks and free phone consultations. The next time you speak with us, if you’re fearful of payment, ask about our payment plans. Water, heating and air, and plumbing are essential, money should not be an obstacle.
If We’re Visting Your Home
We ask, to limit the spreading of any communicable virus, to please let us know if anybody in your household has shown signs of:
- not feeling well
- respiratory challenges
- has been in proximity to anybody who’s shown signs of illness.
We're doing everything the CDC recommends and then some. Here are just a few things you'll notice about our technicians when they arrive:
- all surfaces will be wiped down with disinfectant wipes before and after our work
- gloves are worn
- masks are used
- pens aren’t used and you won't be asked to sign anything
- handwashing by our techs before and after they leave your house (we've installed portable hand-washing stations in each vehicle)
"Happy that they answered the phone on a Saturday during a pandemic! I had no hot water and needed help. I did have to wait until Monday for my appointment, but they were very good with communication, scheduled my appointment and then called on Monday to see if they could come earlier - yes! I was presented with options (which were explained to me) and prices and chose what worked best for me at this time. He then got my water heater fixed. He wore a face mask, gloves and shoe coverings. He also limited what he touched and we did everything without me having to touch a clipboard or contract or pen. I appreciate the help and the commitment to social distancing."

For Family, Employees, and Vendors
As part of our routine, using broad-spectrum disinfectants, we have increased the frequency of cleaning in our office, building, trucks and work areas. And, we continue to asking nobody from the general public to come into our building in order to minimize the spreading of any communicable virus.
Dad taught us a great deal about patience. Today is one of those days we’re glad he did.
We believe patience is vital as the population of the entire world, along with our little business, is realing with changes. Be patient with us as much as we are with the ever-changing dynamics of the world.
