What Wisler Plumbing and Air is Doing in Response to COVID-19
We are adhering to the guidelines set forth by both the CDC and The Virginia Department of Health as we monitor developments related to Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). We will continue to implement strategies recommended by public health authorities. We will update this page as things change.
As part of our routine, using broad-spectrum disinfectants, we have increased the frequency of cleaning in:
- our office
- work areas
Also, we’re adding wiping down - with disinfectant wipes - areas in your household where we’ve had direct contact with.
We will continue to monitor the situation, seek guidance, and best practices from the appropriate health authorities and share additional information as warranted.
If We’re Visting Your Home
We ask, to limit the spreading of any communicable virus, to please let us know if anybody in your household has shown signs of:
- not feeling well
- respiratory challenges
- has been in proximity to anybody who’s shown signs of illness.
Also, if you have visited the countries of China, Iran, Korea, or Italy and most other European countries (Level 3) within the last two weeks, please contact our Call Center before we visit your home.

Just as we’re actively working with our customers, we ask you to work with us to minimize the spreading of any communicable virus.
Before entering the premises, if anybody in your household has shown signs of not feeling well, respiratory challenges, or has been in proximity with anybody who’s shown signs of illness, please let us know. We ask those who’ve visited the countries of China, Iran, Korea, or Italy and most other European countries (Level 3) within the last two weeks; please withhold your visit or our offices and give us a call.
