We also conduct random drug tests on all employees. This ensures that they will be able to conduct their work in a safe manner, but it also means that they will not be tempted to take any prescription medication you may store in your medicine cabinet. We are also very committed to training—if an individual is not highly competent with repair or adequately able to communicate the client’s issue, they will either get an incorrect diagnosis or they will be steered in the wrong direction.
