I would like to express our appreciation for the outstanding job Austin performed at our house on Thursday September 6th. He was very professional and did an excellent job of identifying the problem with the clogged floor drain for our HAC condensation lines. Although this job looked like it was turning from a simple one into a major one, Austin was able to identify the end of the pipe and remove the obstruction. His hard work saved us from a major job that would have disturbed a large area of landscaping. Please ensure Austin’s supervisor knows how much my wife and I appreciate Austin’s good work.
