What’s the #1 reason why you shouldn’t hire Wisler Plumbing and Air? My answer is simply this: If you don’t care about the service experience that you receive, you should not hire our company. (When I say the service experience, I mean everything that you feel, see, and hear when you come in contact with an organization.)
At Wisler Plumbing and Air, we are dedicated and committed to making the service experience as great as possible—whether it’s being able to find us, how we make you feel whenever you give us a call, how we can assure you that we’ll take care of your problem, or how we’re available whenever you do need to reach us.
Do we show up on time when we say that we’re going to show up? If something does come up, do we contact you to let you know that we wouldn’t be able to make that appointment window? Are the people that you dealt with or came to visit your home polite, friendly, and knowledgeable? If we didn’t care about the service experience, on the other hand, you would encounter someone selfish, rude, and uncommunicative.
We also try very hard to create a consistent experience. If you had a certain kind of experience one time and then a completely different experience with the next person, that would be extremely frustrating. The reason you called us back in the first place was because of the experience that you had. Even though we might not hit 100% every time, we work tirelessly to provide you with that consistent experience.
The most important part of the service experience to me is that we’re responsible. If we do the kind of work that we can stand behind, it makes a huge difference in the overall experience. Sometimes an experience can begin great and then something unexpected arises that neither we nor the client foresaw. It really comes down to how we deal with those situations.
