Why We Serve Breakfast to our Team Every Morning - Wisler Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electrical

It’s pretty well known in our community that we provide breakfast to our team every morning. We sincerely care about the safety and well being of our people. I feel that healthy families eat together and communicate with each other, and what better time to do so than at the beginning of the day? Breakfast time is the best opportunity to talk about the events that happened the day before. There’s also something about food that creates an atmosphere where people feel comfortable communicating. Breakfast, in my opinion, is the most important meal of the day. We want to make sure everyone starts their morning off well-fed with a good source of energy. We usually get the day started at around 6:30 to 7:00 a.m. It’s really hard for people to get up early, get ready, and eat breakfast before they come in. We found that our employees were stopping to get a quick meal on the way to their jobs, so we decided that serving breakfast was much more efficient and beneficial for everybody. Every morning at 7:00 a.m., we serve at least one hot dish along with some smaller quick options (like breakfast bars or yogurt). Employees help themselves to a meal, start talking with their teams to get an idea of what was going on yesterday, and discuss what will happen over the coming day. We want to do the best we can for every person on our team.
