We just recently opened up a new office space in Salem. Our goal is to broaden our recruitment area to find more great people who live further away from our main office. Like I said in my previous blog post, we want to have the greatest people on our team, and a closer office means that people who live further away won’t have to make a long commute. That impacts the client in a significant way simply because a great, happy, and competent employee is able to deliver an outstanding customer service experience.
